Does the shampoo also volumize the hair?
Yes. Like the treatment, it contains our 140dB Complex, though in a lower concentration.
Does the shampoo detangle?
No. The shampoo adds volume and thickness but does not detangle. The formula includes oil absorption to enhance the volumizing effect, which may make the hair feel different after washing. We recommend following with Decibel Hypertrophy Thickening Treatment and Conditioner for fuller, smoother, softer, shinier hair.
Do I have to use Decibel Thickening Shampoo before the treatment?
We recommend using our shampoo as it works in unison with the treatment. However, it is ultimately up to you.Add your accordion content here.

Does the conditioner detangle?
Yes.
Do I have to use Decibel Thickening Conditioner after the treatment?
We recommend using our conditioner as it works in unison with the shampoo and treatment. However, it is ultimately up to you.
Is there a fragrance?
Yes. It is inspired by Baccarat Rouge 540.
Is it Leaping Bunny certified?
Yes.
Is it vegan?

Is it sulfate free?

Can I use styling products after the treatment?
Absolutely. Style away.
How long should I leave the treatment on?
5 minutes after shampooing.
Does the hair need to be towel dried?
We always recommend towl drying the hair before applying the treatment for ease of application.
How often should I apply the treatment?
Once a week.
Is it color safe?
100%.
Can I use it on extensions?
100%.
Can it be used on keratin-treated hair?
Yes, as long as it is not used on the same day as the keratin treatment.
Is it heat activated?
No. No heat required.
Is there a heat protectant? Can I flat iron after the service?
There is no built-in heat protectant. The technology stands on its own and we did not want to compromise the formula. That said, you can absolutely use your own heat protectant and we recommend doing so if using flat irons or heat tools.
Do I have to use Decibel Shampoo and Conditioner with the treatment?
For best results, we recommend using them together.
