Subscriptions, Pre-Orders & Try Before You Buy Policy
Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription or pre-order.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you agree to receive recurring deliveries based on the frequency and duration you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely, and you will be automatically charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term. If you do not wish to continue, you can cancel at any time.
You can manage, modify, or cancel your subscription using the link provided in your order confirmation email.

Pre-Orders
Pre-orders allow you to purchase products that are currently out of stock or not yet released.
In some cases, we may collect full payment, a partial deposit, or simply store your payment method at checkout. Your order will be fulfilled and any remaining balance charged once the product becomes available.
You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it has been fulfilled. Once fulfilled, cancellations are no longer possible, but you may request a return or refund in accordance with our Returns Policy.
